E-Z Way Auto Sales is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, engaging, and communicating with prospective customers to create a strong pipeline of sales opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact for potential clients and works closely with other sales team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers through various channels, including inbound leads, outbound prospecting, networking, and social media.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, etc. to generate interest and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments between prospective customers and the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
